Implementation and Support Specialist

BRM is revolutionizing the way small and mid-sized companies serve and grow their customer base.
We are looking to expand our highly effective and energized service organization by
hiring an Implementation and Support Specialist. This Specialist will ensure that
MTP Software’s customers fully leverage their investment in MTP Software's BRM product
by supporting application implementation, training and support.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Map customer business processes, including as-is and to-be processes
- Install and configure complete BRM environments: Microsoft Windows Server, SQL database and BRM application
- Develop interfaces and conversions that extract, transform and load data between BRM and other client applications
- Train customers to use MTP Software's BRM application
- Provide remote support to existing MTP Software customers
- Provide QA support to MTP Software's Product Development team by testing new features and functions
- Support the definition and prioritization of new features and functions that will be added to the BRM road map
We are looking to identify highly effective and energized candidates that possess many of the following skills, experience and behaviors:
- Very fast learner of both business processes and technologies
- Strong analytical capabilities with a strong sense of urgency and customer service
- Strong oral and written communication skills (command of the English language)
- Strong understanding of business processes and functions
- Strong listening skills and the ability to quickly understand and resolve customer support issues
- Great interpersonal skills
- Conceptual understanding of (or prior experience working with) ASP.NET Web Services
- Ability to quickly learn how to navigate through unfamiliar database schemata
- Working knowledge of databases, and the ability to construct basic SQL queries and commands
- Familiar with use of tools and concepts such as MS Office, Visio, Access, Web Authoring, Web Design, HTML, HTTP
